ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be made and packaged for shipping.
Once your order has been collected, delivery times depend on location and are shown at checkout. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. There are no weekend deliveries or deliveries on public holidays.
All nappy cakes are made to order and delivery times begin when the parcel has been picked up by the courier.
We do not offer express shipping at this time.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free hand delivery in the following suburbs:
THORNLANDS, CLEVELAND, CAPALABA, CAPALABA WEST, VICTORIA POINT, ORMISTON, ALEXANDRA HILLS, THORNESIDE, WELLINTION POINT, REDLAND BAY, VICTORIA POINT WEST.
Please Note: Authority to Leave the parcel will be compulsory. Local Delivery and Pick Up will not be packaged in a shipping box.
LOCAL STORE PICK UP (THORNLANDS, QLD)
We offer nappy cake collection from our home studio in Thornlands, QLD, on Brisbane Southside via appointment only.
You can select the pick up option at checkout on the delivery page.
COURIER POLICY
All delivery times stated above are estimates ONLY and vary by location. Delivery times begin when the courier has collected the parcel from our studio. We are unable to guarantee delivery on a certain date or time.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE AND SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY OPTIONS
When placing a nappy cake order you have the option of either selecting 'Authority to Leave (ATL)' or 'Signature on Delivery'.
If you give Authority to Leave and the recipient is not home, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place if deemed safe. If there is no safe place the Signature on Delivery protocol will be followed.
If you select Signature on Delivery and a signature cannot be obtained a card will be left and either a redelivery will need to be organised or it will be taken to a local pick up point (e.g. Local Newsagency) for collection by the recipient.
For high rise apartment buildings we will request signature on delivery on these addresses.
HOSPITAL DELIVERY (UNAVAILABLE)
Sorry, we do not currently deliver or ship nappy cakes to hospitals.
